Het combineren van wetenschappelijk onderbouwde protocollaire behandelingen met patiënt-specifieke behandelingen is hierbij het uitgangspunt. In deze uitgave laten de auteurs zien hoe deze protocollaire behandelingen in de praktijk werken en hoe ze gecombineerd kunnen worden met doelgerichte, gefundeerde, op de patiënt toegesneden interventies.
