Statistische toetsen in economische toepassingen behandelt de basisbegrippen uit de statistische toetsingstheorie. Zo komen onder meer betrouwbaarheidsintervallen en statistische toetsen aan bod. Ook is er aandacht voor toepassingen uit de bedrijfseconomie, accountancy, logistiek en commerciële economie. Er is ruim aandacht voor het inzetten van Excel bij allerlei statistische berekeningen.
