Is it possible to send my order to an alternative address?

Yes, this is possible. During the order process, click on Edit below the address and select the option New address. Enter the new address and click on Update.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments with iDeal, MasterCard/Visa, Sofort or Bancontact/Mistercash.

I want to pay my order after I have received it. Is that possible?

No, this is not possible. You have to pay immediately in the online shop. Once your order is placed, the delivery process is being started. If you ordered a digital item, you can start using it directly after you have paid.

Until when can I change my order?

You can only make changes to your order during the ordering process. You can delete the item from your shopping basket by clicking on the delete icon. You can also change the number of items you want to order.

Where can I find information about my order?

Sign in via Account and Sign In. Select My Orders to see information about your current order(s). If you have made an order without (creating) an account, then it is not possible to see order information. If you have any questions, please contact our...

Where can I find information about my invoice?

Sign in via Account and Sign In. Click on My Order. Here you will find your recent order(s). Click on View Order to see details about your order and invoice.

Can I place a business order?

If you want to order one or more items for your company or institution on account, please send an email to info@coutinho.nl. The items will be delivered accompanied by an invoice.

Can I place an order on invoice?

Ordering on invoice is only possible when you place a business order in your company’s name.
