How do I create an account?

Click in the right upper corner on Account and Create an Account. Fill in the requested information: your email address (that will be your username from now on) and a password of your choice. The password must contain a minimum of 8 tokens and 3 different symbols. Then click on Create an Account to complete your registration. You will receive a confirmation email on the email address you used to create the account. In this email you will find a link to confirm your account.

How do I log in?

You do not have an account with this email address or your password is incorrect. Please check whether you have typed in the correct email address and password. Did you forget the email address of your Coutinho account? Please contact our customer service, we are happy to assist.

How do I change my account information?

Log in with your Coutinho account by clicking on Account and then Sign In. Once you are logged in, you can change your account information. Click on Address information to change your billing and/or shipping address or to add an additional address. Click on Account information to change your name and/or password. It is not possible to change the email address of your Coutinho account.

Can I create multiple accounts with one email address?

No, this is not possible.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click on Account and then Sign In. Click on ‘Forgot Your Password?’ and enter your email address. You will receive an email with a link to change your password, if your email address is known to us.
