Yes, this is possible. During the order process, click on <strong>Edit</strong> below the address and select the option <strong>New address</strong>. Enter the new address and click on <strong>Update</strong>.
We accept payments with iDeal, MasterCard/Visa, Sofort or Bancontact/Mistercash.
No, this is not possible. You have to pay immediately in the online shop. Once your order is placed, the delivery process is being started. If you ordered a digital item, you can start using it directly after you have paid.
You can only make changes to your order during the ordering process. You can delete the item from your shopping basket by clicking on the delete icon. You can also change the number of items you want to order.

Ordering on invoice is only possible when you place a business order in your company’s name.
If you have purchased an e-book or a code for online study material, you will receive the activation code by email after payment. Then you can get started right away. The delivery time of a book is 3 to 4 working days within the Netherlands.
