Van anderstaligen die een baan hebben, wordt verwacht dat ze goed in het Nederlands kunnen communiceren, de sociaal-culturele codes kennen en uit de voeten kunnen met vaktaal. De werksleutel is voor anderstaligen de sleutel om deze taal- en werknemerscompetenties op de werkvloer te verbeteren.

Taaltalent is een leergang Nederlands voor anderstaligen in drie delen. Taaltalent deel 3 brengt je in twaalf hoofdstukken van niveau A2 naar B1. Daarnaast kan de leergang ook gebruikt worden als voorbereiding op het Inburgeringsexamen en het Staatsexamen, programma I.
